I’m the first occupant in this home, been empty about a year so the hvac has basically only just started getting use. The system is pretty noisey from this duct so I check it out to find the loose plastic hanging off the inside of the ducting. I don’t know what this is, can I just pull it out? Can I secure it back in place some other way? What should I do here?
