I've worked at a company for 12 years. A few years back I submitted a flexible working request (certain days and 9:00-18:00) which was accepted. However, a few times recently I have been scheduled to work, without being consulted, outside of both my flexible working request (9:00-18:00) and the typical business hours.

I have responded citing that I have prior commitments. Now, I have been asked to submit holiday requests for evenings to indicate that I am not available despite the fact that the business closes at 6pm and I am still available for my agreed working pattern. I have also been asked to disclose what I do in the evenings.

Any advice on the situation?

Edit: I'm minimum wage
