I'm not sure how to ask this.

how do other people in retail handle the stress of customers yelling at you or getting mad?

Just cause I'm having a hard time at my job just letting it roll off my back especially when they threaten me while I'm at work alone.

I really like my job and I don't want to leave it just because I can't handle people getting upset over things out of my control.
