Hello! We’ve been blessed enough to get a house and seeing blessed that it has some home networking equipment. However, I am at a loss on how to get my router to talk to this panel and thus the Ethernet ports in the rest of the house.

I’m attaching some photos in the hope that someone can identify what I’m missing. Thanks in advance for any help!
