Avastin side effects - how bad?

Hi, female, 53 diagnosed with GBM4 after a gross total resection last year. We thought I had recurrence in January so I had a revisiotomy to remove it in February, turns out it was just trash: dead cells that were causing swelling and limitations for me on my left side. My NO is going to try to get me into a study that includes immunotherapy. And I am set to start avastin at the end of this week. because, since that revision craniotomy in February, I am now experiencing my second downturn on my left side and my MRI on May 5 showed increased swelling again and activity that is suspicious for future recurrence. My left side is essentially useless to me at this point; my tumor site is right frontal.

I have only been able to see what the Internet tells me the side effects are for this drug. Can anyone tell me how pronounced they are or were for you? I was certainly used to constipation with standard care last year, but this says diarrhea and fatigue, I’m curious if anyone wants to weigh in on if there were other symptoms for them, and how bad the known symptoms were for them thank you for any input. I’m going to do it regardless, but I like to know what I’m in for when I can.
