


advice for back / shoulder / neck improvement
Hey y’all. I was looking for some advice on improving my shoulders and back. I have rounded shoulders with some scapular winging that seem to be a detriment to my posture and musculature. I use back machines at my gym, but I would love to know if there are more effective exercises for a more aesthetic, stronger back, and generally what I could do to improve my body.
Here are some stats if this helps:
22 M / 6’1 / ~ 169 - 170 lbs. / 3 to 4 gym sessions weekly
