Konnected Joe Performance
Hey all! Just wondering how people who own the Konnected would judge its ability to hold a steady low temp? I have a classic Joe and in an effort to better control the temp, I bought a Fireboard Drive and blower hoping it would hold a constant temp. Unfortunately that was a complete waste of money because it seems to be incapable of holding anything steady in the low ranges around 225-250 due to how poorly it seals. It swings up and down requiring constant adjustments.
I'm considering upgrading to a Konnected Joe, but I'm only interested in doing that if I know it can hold a low temp without the need for constant babysitting. The goal is to be able to sleep while doing large cooks.
Any feedback is welcome!
