Hi! First time visiting for both me (20s) and my mom (50s), and we’re going mid June. We’re staying in Paris for two weeks since we both have low energy conditions. I booked a place near the Montmartre cemetery (not intended lol) and Moulin Rouge, and was happy with the fact that it’s close to Montmartre since we embedded a couple of rest days and it’ll allow us to walk around. But I realized that 1. The hotel doesn’t have AC. Not sure how big of a problem that’d be in June, 2. It’s close to the “sex street”? Not sure what that entails and how it’d affect us. Would love to avoid it as much as possible since going with my mom, and 3. It may not be that accessible or safe on the skirts of Montmartre. Now I’m wondering if I should try to cancel and rebook somewhere else, although I’m not sure if they’ll let me. Would love to get your thoughts on this!
