Sadly I do not know much about the song or band I remember listening to it at least in 2017 so it is pre2018, I was a jrock band, a bit of a slightly laid back style of rock.

Either the band name or the song titles had some solar or sun in it, the video was all shot in a single room either a recording studio or a gymnasium.
