Happy 6/7! I Made A Cocktail For The Sparkling Rock of Hololive Koseki Bijou - Bijuice on the Rock Rocks!
I made a cocktail inspired by our favorite sweetest, cutest, least sexy, most brainrotted rock of Hololive with candy feet, Koseki Bijou! Today is 6/7, and Biboo is at her most powerful! Congrats on making it into Idol Showdown!
This cocktail is based on a Tom Collins. Here is the recipe:
Magic Rock Wand:
Make a simple syrup with 120g sugar, 60g water, and 10g citric acid. Dip a rock candy wand into the syrup and allow to dry slightly. Repeat several times to form a layer of citric acid on the wand. While sticky, sprinkle some more citric acid on the wand.
Gem Encrusted Glass:
Lightly cover the rim of a highball glass in light corn syrup. Avoid excess so it doesn't drip. Press the sticky rim into crushed rock candy to create a candy rim.
Cocktail:
In a mixing glass with pebble ice, add in 1.5 oz (75 ml) Empress Indigo Gin. Stir the cocktail to chill with magic rock wand and observe the color change. Add in 1/2 oz (15 ml) strawberry syrup and elderflower liqueur along with 3 drops of saline solution and 2 dashes of orange bitters and continue stirring to chill. Strain cocktail into a gem encrusted glass filled with pebble ice. Top with 3 - 4 oz (90 - 120 ml) of elderflower tonic water for a total of around 6 - 7 ounces of cocktail. Garnish with the magical rock wand.
