12 months in - 188lb gone
Hey all,
I don’t tend to post much here as I am someone who just generally quietly squirrels away in the background. However I thought I would celebrate my one year mounjaro-versary.
Since 27th May 2025, I have lost 188lb (13st 6lb/85.3kg).
To put that in real terms its about the weight of a large upright piano, a full-sized adult male African lion or a middle weight male boxer!
I have worked really hard along the way, totally transforming my diet and lifestyle. I am actually fit for the first time in my entire life. I am also in control of my body, again, for the first time in my life. I understand food in a completely different way. I feel free.
I am really grateful to this forum. The community here has been really inspiring for me. I plan to lose around another 2/2.5 stone at this point then its on to the terrifying new land of maintenance. Wish me luck
