To start things off I do live in Tennessee, not sure if that means anything but just figured I’d mention it. I filed back on 4/14 and me and my wife ended up owing money. As of today they still haven’t pulled the money out, I even tried calling the IRS and it just led to the machine telling me to “call back at a later date” and hanging up. If anyone has any insight I’d greatly appreciate it.

EDIT: I used fileyourtaxes.com and set up a direct payment with my bank account.
