Our family has two internet connections, one weak and the other stronger. On my laptop, I can only connect to the weak network, but it can’t see the stronger one, even though I know the password because I have it on my phone. I rebooted my laptop and forgot the weak network (the one I didn’t know and don’t know the password for, so now I have no internet connection on my laptop at all).

Do you know how to fix this? And what are the different ways to connect?
