My rear bumper is sagging on both sides (it's considerably worse on the left side, which you see in the video) and I don't understand what exactly the issue is. Before I go and disassemble the whole thing, I would like to know if some of the smart people here could tell me what part needs replacing/repairing, so that I don't go into this completely blindly.
