Anyone who knows someone that wants to buy a mobile home? It's in Newark. The buyer needs to be the one living in it or a family member. Complete appliances and livable . Just needs cleaning out. The seller is old and will be moving out.

PS. Seller Don't want to list with a realtor because she's only selling 18k.
