Leah, the daughter of the owner of Kenji's Ramen is opening an instant ramen bar next to Softea in Downtown Vancouver. Based on her instagram, the storefront will be a mix of lunch space and retail shop for cute Asian goodies. There is also a photobooth! I wish her luck and a ton of success because I love instant ramen but can't have it too often 😞
What is an instant ramen bar? It's a quick meal concept where you choose from a variety of ramen brands, add custom toppings, and cook it yourself.
