Florida buyers, what cost surprised you most between offer and closing?
I'm on the Hometrino team (a Florida home search site) and I'm trying to understand what buyers actually run into.
For people who bought in Florida in the last couple of years, what cost or requirement caught you off guard? Insurance quotes, HOA fees, inspection findings, flood zone rules, closing costs, anything.
And for people shopping now, what are you most worried about?
