Hi my sister and friend were refused boarding the flight home from Mexico due to conduct or behaviour whilst on holiday although there is no evidence of anything what so ever and they were still allowed to stay in the hotel so I would of thought if anything happened on holiday they would be refused entry to the hotel so with no proof of anything and no longer feeling safe in the hotel I managed to get them on a different earlier flight home but does anyone know where they stand on this it has totally ruined their holiday and cost a lost of money to get home to England and all they got was a letter saying notification of refusal of carriage
