It's a 2015 Via Nirone 7 with the claris set, it comes with wahoo cadence and speed sensors, two bottle cages, and a bag with multitools. it's got a fi'zi:k saddle, and supacaz tape, I got it for $240 (it's also the 130th limited edition colorway)
