It's from "gestion-visites-medicales.com" which doesn't resolve properly.

Other than that, it seems to be legitimate - or at least they know my full name - but they want me to show up to a doctor's appointment, some distance away, in June, at 8h35 in the morning.

I have a doctor already, and I visit them regularly. What is this? Searching didn't seem to find anything useful.
