u/Homsedition

I'm looking at these neighborhoods which are between the hospitals (Regions, united, UofM- am healthcare worker). No kids so not concerned about schools, house budget under 400K if possible, want safety and relatively quiet- and be able to stroll around the neighborhood with some greenery. I do like st anthony park but doesn't look like I can afford it 🥲 Any suggestions?

Edit: THANK YOU SO MUCH Everyone is so nice!!! 😭 Gonna take a look around the places you guys suggested (and even the southern areas like highland park or seward) and keep an alert on Zillow. You guys are the best!
