Prehab - what worked for you?

I am pre-op and would love to hear more about your pre-hab. I have been in the gym (read: not formal rehab facility) doing exercises prescribed by Dr AI. My list:
- quad sets
- leg lifts
- heel slides
- weighted bridges
- single leg balances
- sometimes 1/4 air squats

prior to injury (ACL tear, no
Miniscus issue), I was working out 6 days per week with 3 of those in the gym. These prehab exercises seem woefully easy, but when I ask around it seems that they are the most appropriate. I'd love to hear any thoughts from the group regarding what worked and maybe didn't work.
