Tried my first american beer

I always wanted to try american beer and today my local beverage market had a few Coors light as a special. Well it's not a Bud Light, the one you see everywhere on tv, but still worth a try. Well I gotta say I'm disappointed. It's not bad but not great either. Did I buy the worst beer from the USA or am I just spoiled by German/ European beer?

Are you guys also interested in trying foreign beers and are European beers available in the states?
