Should I wear a night guard that doesn’t fit perfectly?
It sits firmly on the teeth and the bite is also symmetrical but it tends to move a little when I bite into the right hand corner.
I‘ve already been to the dentist a few times for adjustment but I‘m starting to give up.
Does this help with the grinding or would it just make things worse?
