Saw a 2nd hand pc from bulacan. Would like to ask help with fee to check and ship the pc to me. I’m from bicol.

2nd hand unit priced at Php. 69,999.00, is this good for its price and 3d rendering and adobe app use?

Hi everyone, first time building a PC and I wanted to get opinions on a quote I got from a local store (PC x PC). My budget is around ₱60k–₱80k, but cheaper is better as long as performance/reliability isn’t compromised.

Main use:

• Photoshop & Illustrator (main use)
• Occasional Blender (not heavy/pro level, just occasional 3D work)
• Dota 2
• General multitasking/work

Here’s the quote I got (₱64,850 discounted cash price):

A few questions:

1. Does this look like a good build/value for my use case?
2. Since I use Blender occasionally, should I switch to NVIDIA RTX (4060/5060?) instead of AMD?
3. Is 16GB RAM enough, or should I push for 32GB for Adobe + multitasking?
4. Is the PSU okay, or should I ask them to change it to a better brand?

Trying to get the best value/performance build, not overkill. Would appreciate suggestions on what you’d change while keeping the budget reasonable. Thanks!
