so long story short as a child i was SA'd and was wondering if there are any good subs for healing that trauma as i still feel very triggered by certain things even now in my mid twenties , and i feel like i can never get my body to fully relax. Sorry if this type of post isn't allowed im just trying to see if this would work/help. Thanks in advance.
