We would like to introduce DAYZ 2 — a vanilla-oriented DayZ server that runs completely without client mods, while still being carefully reworked and balanced.
The name is intentionally provocative because we believe the original vanilla experience has much more potential when loot, progression, risk and basebuilding are configured with care.
What you can expect:
- performance-focused No-Mod server hosted in Germany
- server-side adjustments without downloads
- faster movement inland after spawning
- balanced loot distribution with clear progression
- dangerous areas that reward preparation and risk
- special crash sites with noticeably higher threats
- stable and well-thought-out basebuilding
- raids that require planning, effort and resources
- active action against cheaters
- clear rules and continuous development through feedback
We are a small team with a lot of DayZ experience and have spent a long time building a vanilla experience that feels familiar, but offers more long-term motivation.
