I'm not asking for financial advice here but can I ask what your tactics are with funds?

I've been told in the past that it's good to spread your money so at least it can balance itself should something go wrong in the markets, which made sense to me. Yet I spoke to someone last week who said that it's best to just stick it all into 1 or 2 global funds as that'll grow quicker.

Anyone else do something like just sticking it all in one fund?
