Laundromat acquisition NJ
In 2007 I joined the local free RichDad's group in NYC and purchased my first duplex through a LLC exchange. They are still around doing deals all the time but they only meet once a month now. I currently am working on finding cash partners to get back into investing. I did one deal but was lucky enough to have a friend that's an accountant so the business is in Egypt and I just came in as a silent partner. There's another opportunity in Senegal with another friend.
But in US I am finding it challenging to get past the downpayment (real estate or local businesses) since my lender wants 25-30 percent down. I think going in as a newbie having a partner is a lot less scary and it keeps us accountable.
Any advice finding partnership for a laundromat or in NJ?
