Hi recently I have noticed few passive funds like HDFC Sensex Index Fund is performing below BSE TRE. Can we say it's a judgment error from the AMC side or a regular occurrence? 10-year returns are HDFC Index -12.9 % and BSE - 13.9%, there is a difference of 1 %. Is it normal, or has there been a tracking error?
