So I was exempt from my child support due to us in fear of the child's father and him knowing our location and DV. Well I went to court and our judge dropped our no contact order ans wants us to co-parent he said at my discretion. But now my child's father is in prison and has a couple years. Is now a time to go ahead with child support like do I need to update that or can we just leave it?
