I currently have my salesperson license and work in property management. I would like to finish out the year at my current job to save money and do some research before making the pivot to full time real estate agent.

What advice would you give someone 7 months before making the change? I’m currently in Rochester, NY - which isn’t luxury but definitely a hot market.
