Home viewer price feedback?
My house is on the market and I'm surprised that my agent is emphasising the feedback price of viewers who have said they don't like/want my property. Why would the unqualified opinion of a person who has said they're not interested in buying be relevant or valid? It's illogical. Or is it a agent's way of softening up the vendor expection for a cheap and fast sale?
