Sleep paralysis demonic?
Hey, my brothers and sisters in christ.
This night i had a pretty scary sleep paralysis. Is it always a spritual attack? I am having a bad time now for a few weeks (post exam depression) i am having weird dreams every night, but thanks to praying the rosary every night before sleeping i am feeling better day to day.
Well, i had this sleep paralysis and i knew there was something in my room, something cold and dark i was pretty scared i was feeling like screaming but i wasn't i even heard my parents screaming my name? Just like i said i didn't see anything but i felt something pretty eeire and dark in my room and i just couldn't wake up. So i started saying "lord jesus christ, son of god have mercy on me" and finally i woke up when i screamed off the top of my lungs "lord save me"
Then i woke up totally in sweat and with goosebumps. After that i prayed a bit and needed a few minutes to fall ich to sleep again.
Was it a spiritual attack or just a random coincidence?
