Hi everyone,

I sent a message to someone on Viber about an hour ago and it still shows only one check mark. I know one check mark usually means the message hasn't been delivered to their phone yet, but I was wondering if being muted could also cause this?

I've seen people say different things online. Has anyone experienced this? If someone mutes your chat on Viber, can that affect the check marks, or would the message still get delivered and show two check marks?
