2026 Kia Sportage EX hybrid / 10k miles / 24 months / $0 down payment / $378 DAS (1st month) \ NE 68123

looking for some advice on a lease deal I was offered and whether it’s actually solid or if there’s room to negotiate.
Vehicle: 2026 Kia Sportage Hybrid EX (Snow White Pearl)
MSRP: $35,980
Dealer price: ~$33,274
Cap cost: $33,674
Rebates: ~$1,775–$2,025 ($500 military + $375 off window sticker for some Kia sale + $900 lease cash)
MF for 24 months : 0.00193 (seems a bit high but finance manager did say those are set by Kia)

Fees:
Doc fee: $180
Government fee: $10
Acquisition fee: $599
Disposition fee: $499

All fees and taxes included in payment. Got them for $378 a month either for 24 or 36 months with only first payment down.

All weather mats. AWD

Residual around 67% (36 mo) / 74% (24 mo)

While sales manager said they can't go any lower, I did ask for 12k instead of 10k or will try to throw some oil changes there if they say no. Let's see what they say tomorrow as they are closed for the day, but agreed to reloop tomorrow. Did go to another dealership and they said they can't beat the offer.

I am just not feeling it's a GREAT deal. Thinking if i don't get the 12k just keep looking.

Is this a good lease deal? 2026 Kia Sportage Hybrid EX 24 months / 10k miles

UPDATE: Got $370 for 24month / 12k miles + 2 year of free maintenance. Overall, walkout method worked. Rep texted me yesterday, told him i can do the $370 IF they agreed to 12k miles. Texted me today what time i was coming in, I mentioned until 12k confirmed we wouldn't stop by. Few minutes later offered $500 down ($370 towards monthly payment) and they'll up the mileage and give me the free 2 year maintenance. Even offered me cheaper at 36 months but we declined.
Overall, very happy with the car and the model i got (few add of like paint, roof top thingys, leather seats).

Sport S
36m / 7500 miles (gonna negotiate on this. See if they can up it to 12k or at least 10k)
50k MRSP (website shows 44k so gonna try to get it to that price. Can't remember if the rebates were applied after that)
$390 monthly payment / $390 down payment (first month payment)
Collapsible roof, cold weather package too (pretty cool add on).

Good deal or na?

2026 Jeep wrangler sport S
MRSP on paper: 50k (Website has it listed at 44K so... gonna have them change that because the 50k does not show any rebates)
Term : 36 months / 7,500 miles (gonna negotiate to 10k)
Monthly payment: $390 after tax
Down payment: $390 (first month payment)

Good deal? should I try to lower the monthly payment?
