I already have an osprey escapist 30 that I use for commute and love the hipbelt side pockets because I can put my bus card and airpods but what I don't like is the fact that I feel like it's too much of a burden to have all of this all at once going on, I just want a simple bag with approx 25L capacity and with zippable pockets that I can access while walking, especially since I don't like carrying a wallet or anything like that. For now I rock the hipbelt side pockets without attaching them but I don't like to move like that since it feels like the bag was designed to be used while clipped in, making it more uncomfortable while not clipped in.

any suggestions?
