Options if OASC failure

Hi, recently I visited an RAF base and a former officer told me that because I am 18, it is very likely they will reject me at first and I may have a better shot if I return. This made me wonder what are my options if I do fail the OASC, I am going for control officer, would I be able to go for air traffic and weapons controller which also requires the OASC? If so, will I have to retake the OASC? Also, my third choice was aircraft technician, would I then have to redo the whole process as it doesn’t require the CBAT or OASC? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thankyou

Hi, I’ve been in a relationship for nearly 4 years now, and once completing training for the role I’m going for it will be around 6 years. However, I am 18 now and I have never lived with my girlfriend or shared any expenses etc which the raf sfa requires and obviously I’m not married and dont have kids, so I was wondering is there any chance of being allocated sfa housing due to me of being in a relationship for so long, if not is there any ways I could qualify? Thanks
