My niece just finished her 12th this year. She wish to pursue the BCom General of BBA course. Can anyone enlighten me which colleges or institutes are the best in town (Patna)? Money isn't an issue, any institute which can assist with quality education would be lovely. Thank you all for your attention.

I'm from Patna, India. Today, here in my region it shows the temperature is 36 but shows, "feels like 44", so can someone enlighten me what does it feels like mean?
