Looking for LQ140M1JW49 upgrade experience on T14 Gen 2
I found a used Sharp LQ140M1JW49 panel, originally from a Zephyrus G14, for around USD 25. The panel has a small defect/line near the top-left corner, but otherwise appears to be working normally.
Before I buy it, I'd like to know if anyone has successfully installed this panel in a ThinkPad T14 Gen 2.
My current stock panel is NV140FHM-N4V. Since the LQ140M1JW49 uses a 40-pin eDP connector, do I need a specific 40-pin eDP cable for the T14 Gen 2? If so, does anyone know the correct FRU/part number?
Any advice or experience would be appreciated.
