Hello, I have US-based account and successfully started getting paid via CRP but i can’t do payouts because of TIN (tax info)

I am not US-citizen so I don’t have it and TikTok support said they are currently not accepting W8-BEN forms.

Are there any ways to get payout and avoid tax information? even with a possible withholding of some percentage of funds because I get it, they are from US-viewed communities
