I feel like my caffeine tolerance has decreased with this medication. I used to not be able to drink caffeine before bed because it affected my sleep, but now I have caffeine and it barely affects me. I sleep like a baby. I don’t even feel energized with caffeine anymore like I used to. But I feel like I need the caffeine while taking this medicine to boost my energy?

Anyone noticed this too?

I’ve been on 18mg for a month. For some reason I am more aware of my thought loops and sometimes it’s non stop thinking and looping like a song playing again and again. At the beginning it helped me get out of bed and had energy. Now I feel tired all the time despite sleeping well and drinking and eating right. I even take it at night time.

Did anyone else notice a crash? Did you have these effects before having to go up on dose? Doctor wants to keep me at 18mg even after telling about this 😫
