My mother is a co-owner of this house. A month ago, the son of the other co-owner sent her a summons to put the house up for auction because he has no interest in the property. Fortunately, we reached an agreement 15 days ago to buy out his share. However, as part of this deal, we must make a down payment of $80,000.00 MXN by May 29, 2026.
We are looking to raise $50,000 MXN. We already have some savings set aside, but it is proving very difficult to gather the remaining amount in such a short time. I will be taking responsibility for all subsequent payments in the following months; my main priority right now is securing this initial payment so she doesn't lose her home.
This house is everything to my mother—her whole life is there—and I cannot let her lose it. My goal is to repay everyone who donates in the future. I am only reaching out because it is impossible for me to raise this much money on such short notice.
