Hey guys if I buy USDT on bybit does it reflect on Income tax portal under AIS or virtual assets

Swift has been banned to Russia since 2022 . I have also bought dollars for my study fees and payment in India but when it becomes less there is not a official way to send money . So I have done through crypto just sole purpose buy USDT in India sell in Russia in my own account . What should I do ? Do I need to file ITR or for future any problems max. amount would be 2 to 3 lakh in one year .
