First time using a TA to book a trip, just like to know if 30% non-refundable of the trip cost is a norm? It sounds pretty heavy, and yes, for sure will get travel insurance on this!

For those who purchase travel insurance, what exactly am I looking for? I always just rely on the insurance on credit card, and touch wood, so far, didn’t need to use it.
