Has anyone used Rippling as an ATS?
We started out looking for a better ATS and somehow ended up questioning our whole HR stack. We’re around 140 people and right now recruiting, HR and payroll are all in separate systems. The part that’s getting old is the handoff. When someone goes from candidate to offer to new hire, we’re still moving info around manually way more than we should be. That’s kind of what led us to Rippling. It kept coming up when we started looking at tools that handle both ATS and HR, and on paper the candidate-to-employee transition sounds a lot cleaner than what we’re doing now. Curious if anyone here has actually used it for recruiting over time, not just evaluated it or gone through setup. How does it feel when you’re actually running hiring through it week after week?
