Leg Extension Machine (4x10)
Calves Extension Machine (4x15)
Ab Crunch Machine (4x15)
Back Extension Machine (4x10)
Hack Squat (4x10)
I go four days a week.
I just started going to the gym and don’t know much, is this routine good enough? My goal is to body recomp.
