First time PCbuilder,
All parts Bnew,
Downloaded just steam games and Valorant to test and compare

• Current setup:
  • GPU: Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB
  • CPU: AM5 9600x
• Observations during stuttering(?):
  • FPS drops
  • Frametime peaks
  • Audio sounds static

- Metrics shows drops in GPU Clockspeed but stable total board power

- Tried uninstalling and reinstalling Valorant, restarting PC
