YouTube banned me… But still pays me

I’m trying to find out if anyone else has been in a similar situation.
Last month, on April 9th, one of my YouTube channels was removed for “Spam & Deceptive Practices.” I still believe the removal was unfair, but after posting on X, talking with TeamYouTube, submitting appeals, etc., I still haven’t gotten the channel back.
Along with that removed channel, almost all of my other channels were also removed for circumvention. This included some empty or almost empty channels that, as far as I know, had nothing against YouTube’s Terms of Service.
When I say almost: I mean that one channel was not removed. It is still up on YouTube and still monetized, but I can no longer access it.
Since everything happened on April 9th, I was wondering if my AdSense money would still come through.. and it did. I waited until the 21st, and the payment reached my bank account.
I was pretty sure I wouldn’t receive anything after that. I thought they would demonetize the channel, remove it, or stop the payments, but that didn’t happen.
Then this month, on May 9th, I was surprised to see money appear in my AdSense account again, even though I haven’t done anything. It was a couple thousand less than usual, but still a payment.
Has anyone else experienced this? Could this be a system issue, or does it seem like my account may have genuinely been banned by mistake and they just won’t give it back? Will I just get money each month until eventually the channel is not making views anymore?
