What Was The Best Arcane Weapon Relative to Its Release?
Title basically.
I've been using my +10 Yumina in Arena a lot recently, and it always astounds me just how good Arcane Latona is. The Imbue and penalty cleansing is just universally nice, and in tandem with Ice Lock+ and Preempt Amplify, I've been able to turn a prfless demote into a genuinely solid support bot who can flip combat math on its head.
But I've been wondering, is Arcane Latona the best Arcane weapon ever released given the surrounding metagame? If not, which Arcane weapon do you think was the best relative to its release?
